Quotes and payment

Every job gets a fixed written quote before any work starts, listing everything included. Payment is a deposit up front with the remainder on completion, or milestones on bigger builds. Prices are in AUD with GST stated. No surprise fees, no per-edit gouging.

Ownership

Your domain and business accounts are established in your name from the start, and every login is handed over. Ownership of the completed project deliverables transfers to you on full payment. Koralis retains its pre-existing tools, reusable systems, processes, templates and background IP, and none of that stops you running, moving or changing your site. If we stop working together, you keep everything and we hand over anything you don't already hold.

Aftercare

Hosting and care plans are month to month. There are no lock-in contracts and no exit fees. Cancel anytime and take everything with you.

Honest limits

We don't guarantee Google rankings, because nobody honest can. We commit to timeframes we can actually hit, and we tell you the real ones before we start.
